Return & Exchange Policy – New Network

At New Network, we are committed to offering the best service to our customers by providing a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully for a smooth experience:

First: Return Conditions

Customers can request a return within ... days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  1. The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. The original purchase invoice is provided.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other charges related to international shipping are non-refundable if the order is returned or not received.

Second: Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the purchase date, under the following conditions:

  1. The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. The original purchase invoice is provided.
  3. Exceptions: Some products cannot be exchanged, including:

Third: Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

Fourth: How to Request a Return or Exchange

To benefit from return or exchange services, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the nearest New Network branch with the product and the original invoice.
  2. If there is no branch in your city, please contact us at (920020696), and we will arrange for the product to be picked up by a shipping company.

Notes:

  • Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered confirmation from the customer that the shipment (box) is intact and unopened upon receipt.
  • The return and exchange period starts from the date of receiving the product.
