First: Return Conditions

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, except for purchases made with partner vouchers or installment services; in such cases, the value can be exchanged for New Network vouchers.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other charges related to international shipping are non-refundable if the order is returned or not received.
Second: Exchange Conditions
Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days from the purchase date, under the following conditions:

Fourth: How to Request a Return or Exchange
To benefit from return or exchange services, please follow the steps below:
- Visit the nearest New Network branch with the product and the original invoice.
- If there is no branch in your city, please contact us at (920020696), and we will arrange for the product to be picked up by a shipping company.
Notes:
- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered confirmation from the customer that the shipment (box) is intact and unopened upon receipt.
- The return and exchange period starts from the date of receiving the product.
